Tibia Flute Latin/English

Listed only by Irwin, who says:

A stop-name to indicate either the 4' manual Tibia Clausa or Tibia Plena, both species being equally represented. The stoppered Tibia Flute is likely to be on a unit organ, and the open Tibia Flute is likely to be on a straight organ, perhaps accompanying the Tibia Plena on the Great.
