Orchestral Cornet English
Cornet à Piston French

Listed only by Irwin, who says:

A Chorus Reed of 8' on the manuals, rarely seen under this stop-name. The Cornopean is more typically organ-like in tone. This Cornet à piston is smaller in voice and less loud than the Trumpet stop. Solid brass resonators give the most realistic imitation.

Not to be confused with the Cornet or Cornett. See also Cornet à Pavillon.
