Haemiol (unknown)

Williams lists this stop with the following description: “A term derived from Slav word for ‘delicate’ (e.g. Czech, jemny); hence a soft flue stop in Silesia (Jauer, 1663, J. Hoferichter) and Austria (St Florian, 1770-4, F. X. Chrismann).” Grove places it in central Europe, and calls it “a soft, narrow-scaled, small-mouthed flute stop”.

Compare with Flaut Hemiol.
