Grand Open Pedal English

Mentioned only by Locher in his entry for Principal; he says:

I found, on a very good organ in Jersey, an open 16-ft. pedal stop, labelled Grand Open Pedal, which alone counterbalanced the three manuals. This stop resembles in size and power the corresponding pedal stop in the church of St. Laurence at St. Gallen.
