Schwiegeldiskant German

According to Audsley, the name Schwiegeldiskant sometimes given to a Schwiegel of 4' pitch, the word diskant meaning “treble”. Adlung cites an example “at the Barfüsserkirche in Erfurt” that plays only from the two treble octaves.
