Corno Clarion Italian?

Listed only by Irwin, who says:

A soft solo Reed of 4' on the manuals, with a tone that resembles the 8' Corno d'Amore. They are rarely in the same organ, although this stop is designed as a treble for the Corno d'Amore.
. . .
This is a delicate, somewhat obscured, quiet voice with a tone quality that is horn-like and mildly reedy.
