Williams describes this stop as follows:
(‘German or Flemish horn’), Arras St Vaast, 1585, on a chest immediately behind the Case-pipes. Similarly at Avignon, 1624; Douai St Amé, 1593 (P. Isorée); and de plomb (‘of lead’) at Namur St Jean-Baptiste, 1598 (C. Carlier).See Cornet.
