Clarina Italian |
Listed only by Audsley, who says:
An open metal labial stop of large scale and 2 ft. pitch, voiced to yield a powerful tone. It is introduced in the Pedal Organ to impart clearness and distinctness to heavy pedal combinations, and especially when they are used in solo passages and fugues. A stop of so high a pitch is rare in a Pedal Organ.Compare with Clarino, Cornettino.
