You can download this entire encyclopedia as two zip files, one containing only the text (HTML) files, the other containing the pictures:
StopDictText.zip (2.1 Mb) (15 February 2004)
StopDictPix.zip (26.2 Mb) (15 February 2004)
Unzip them both into the same directory (folder) to reproduce the entire encyclopedia on your local system. The text files are quite usable alone, if you don't want to download the pictures.
